Cove review: quick verdict
Cove is a Telegram bot that trades tokens on seventeen chains from one USDC balance, with no manual bridging and gas sponsored up to $5 per transaction. It is designed for traders who work across many networks and want visual buy and sell panels rather than chat-only buttons.
Limit buys, take-profit and stop-loss orders, DCA ladders, auto TP/SL, guardrails and multi-account trading handle order management. Fees are 1% per trade on most chains with a $0.95 minimum on buys, a tiered 2% to 1% schedule on Ethereum and HyperEVM, and cashback of 25% to 50% by monthly volume. According to Cove's documentation, wallets are secured by Privy, can be exported, and signing access can be revoked. It has no copy trading, sniper, wallet tracking or alerts, and two-factor authentication is not described in the sources reviewed.
Best for
Traders who trade across many chains and want one balance, no bridging and visual trade panels inside Telegram.
Not ideal for
Traders who want copy trading, sniping or wallet tracking, who place very small trades where minimum fees bite, or who prefer a web or mobile app.
What is Cove?
Cove is a Telegram bot built around one idea: a single USDC balance that trades on any supported chain without manual bridging or gas tokens. It combines visual buy and sell panels, limit orders, DCA ladders and auto take-profit and stop-loss inside Telegram, with wallets secured by Privy.
Where most Telegram bots make you hold SOL for Solana and ETH for Base, Cove abstracts that away. You deposit USDC, SOL or any token, including memecoins, and Cove routes trades on seventeen networks: Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, MegaETH, Plasma, HyperEVM, Monad, Story, Robinhood Chain, Tempo, Stable, Ink, X Layer, Avalanche and Arc. Gas is sponsored up to $5 per trade, withdrawal or transfer; if a transaction would cost more, you approve the surplus. Card funding through MoonPay is available, minimum deposits are $1 on most chains and $25 on Ethereum.
Trading runs through Mini App panels rather than plain chat buttons: paste a contract address to open a buy panel, then manage the position with limit buys, take-profit and stop-loss orders, DCA ladders, guardrails, group buy and sell links, multi-account trading and shareable PnL cards. Cove also publishes deep links and an Agent MCP for builders. It does not offer copy trading, wallet tracking or alerts.
Fees are 1% per trade on most chains with a $0.95 minimum on buys, a tiered 2% to 1% schedule on Ethereum and HyperEVM, and a sliding scale on very small Solana sells. Cashback returns 25% to 50% of net fees depending on monthly volume, and referrals pay 25% to 50% of referred fees. Custody uses Privy: wallets live in isolated enclaves separate from the trading layer, you can export the wallet through a secure Mini App flow, and you can revoke Cove's signing access while keeping the wallet.

Is Cove safe?
Cove secures wallets with Privy in isolated enclaves separated from its trading layer. You can export the wallet through a secure Mini App flow and revoke Cove's or Privy's signing access, after which the wallet stays under your control but Cove can no longer trade from it.
- Custody model
- Privy-secured wallets in isolated enclaves separate from the trading layer; on some chains funds sit in smart contract wallets controlled by your keys. Cove says it never directly handles user funds.
- Key export
- Export Wallet opens a secure Mini App flow; the docs advise exporting only inside the product and storing the result offline.
- Access revocation
- Removing Cove or Privy signing access revokes Cove's ability to trade through the account while the wallet remains yours; required before account deletion.
- Two-factor authentication
- Not documented in the sources reviewed.
- Guardrails
- Configurable limits on trade behaviour to reduce fat-finger and runaway risk.
Verify before depositing
- You are using @cove_trading_bot, the handle on cove.trade and in the docs, not a look-alike.
- You have exported the wallet through the Mini App flow and stored the result offline.
- Telegram two-step verification is enabled on your account.
