BasedBot Review 2026

Multi-chain Telegram trading bot with a web terminal and Chrome extension, covering Solana, Base, Ethereum, BSC and a dozen more networks with sniping, copy trading, DCA and 30% instant cashback on a 1% fee.

  • Platform: Telegram + Web + Browser extension
  • Pricing: 1% fee
  • Networks: 19 networks

BasedBot review: quick verdict

BasedBot is a multi-chain trading bot for Telegram with a companion web terminal and Chrome extension. Third-party coverage of its site lists nineteen supported networks, including Solana, Base, Ethereum and BNB Chain, and a feature set that covers sniping, migration sniping, copy trading, DCA, limit orders, trailing stop loss and MEV-protected routing.

The reported fee is a flat 1% per transaction with 30% returned instantly as cashback in the chain's native token. It suits traders who move across many chains and want one bot for all of them. The important caveat is verification: BasedBot's website and documentation refused our requests, so this listing relies on third-party sources, and key storage, private-key export and two-factor authentication could not be confirmed. The team is not publicly identified and no audit has been published.

Best for

Traders who move between many chains and want one bot with the lowest effective fee among the 1% bots.

Not ideal for

Traders who want custody, key export and security features confirmed from official documentation before they deposit.

What is BasedBot?

BasedBot is a multi-chain trading bot that puts on-chain DEX execution inside Telegram, a companion web terminal and a Chrome extension. It is best known for breadth of chains and for returning 30% of its 1% trading fee to the trader instantly as cashback.

According to BasedBot's own site as summarised by third parties, the bot launched in June 2024 and now covers nineteen networks: Solana plus Ethereum, Base, BSC, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Abstract, HyperEVM, Ink, Story, X Layer, Unichain, Plasma, Monad, MegaETH, Tempo, Robinhood Chain, Arc and Stable. The feature set matches the leading Telegram bots: market and limit orders, sniping including migration sniping, DCA, copy trading and social copy trading, take-profit, stop-loss and trailing stop-loss automation, dev-sell protection, MEV-protected routing, integrated token audits, wallet tracking, PnL and portfolio views, and built-in bridging between chains.

The fee model is simple. Every transaction pays a flat 1%, and 30% of that is paid straight back to the trader in the native token of the chain being traded, so SOL on Solana and ETH on Base or Ethereum. That works out to 0.7% net, with no subscription, upfront payment or tiers, alongside a referral program. A $BBOT token has been announced with the full supply allocated to a community airdrop but had not launched as of July 2026.

BasedBot describes itself as non-custodial, saying it never takes custody of funds and simply broadcasts signed transactions. Because we could not reach the official site or documentation, we have not been able to confirm how keys are stored, whether private keys can be exported, or whether two-factor authentication is offered, and the team is not publicly identified. Those gaps matter more than usual and are reflected in our ranking.

BasedBot features

These features are compiled from third-party coverage of BasedBot, because its official pages could not be reached. Treat them as reported rather than confirmed.

  • Nineteen supported networks

One account for Solana and eighteen EVM networks including Base, Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Avalanche, HyperEVM and Monad, with in-bot bridging between them.

  • Sniping and migration sniping

Buy new launches and tokens migrating from launchpads to DEXs with preset settings.

Mirror chosen wallets or other BasedBot traders with your own sizing and exits.

  • Limit orders and DCA

Limit buys and sells, DCA schedules, take-profit, stop-loss and trailing stop-loss automation, plus dev-sell protection.

  • MEV protection and token audits

How BasedBot works

The flow mirrors other Telegram bots; the web terminal and extension share the same account.

  1. 1

    Find the official bot

Open @based_eth_bot, the bot linked from the @BasedBot X profile and basedbot.app, rather than searching Telegram, where copies are common.

  2. 2

    Create and fund wallets

The bot generates a wallet per chain. Deposit the native token of the chain you want to trade, or bridge inside the bot.

  3. 3

    Configure presets

Set buy and sell amounts, slippage, gas or priority settings and MEV protection.

  4. 4

    Trade or automate

Paste a contract address to buy, or set up sniping, copy trading, DCA and take-profit or stop-loss rules.

  5. 5

    Collect cashback

30% of each fee is returned instantly in the chain's native token.

BasedBot pricing and fees

BasedBot charges a flat 1% per transaction and pays 30% of it back instantly as cashback in the native token of the chain, giving a 0.7% net fee with no subscription or tiers.

Cashback

Referrals

Share of referred fees

A dual rewards system distributes referral fees and tier-based cashback; exact percentages could not be verified.

Network and bridge costs

Varies

Gas and bridge fees are separate from BasedBot's fee.

Fee example

At 1%, a $1,000 buy incurs a $10 platform fee, and a later $1,000 sell incurs another $10.

Cashback or rebates, where offered, are paid back separately and do not change the headline fee. Network, priority, slippage and third-party costs may apply on top.

Figures come from third-party coverage of BasedBot's site because the official site and docs were unreachable at review time.

Unverified custody details

We list BasedBot because it is widely used and its fee model is clear, but we could not confirm key export, 2FA or key storage from official sources. Until you have checked those in the bot yourself, keep deposits small.

Verify before depositing

  • You reached @based_eth_bot through basedbot.app or the @BasedBot X profile, not a Telegram search result.
  • You have located the private-key export option and any security settings in the bot before depositing.
  • You are trading only with funds you can afford to leave in a hot wallet run by an anonymous team.
